HOW CREDITS WORK
Purchases add credits to your account. Each video uses the amount for its selected length in the table above. The studio shows the required credits before you submit.
Credits are reserved while a video is being made. A terminal render error, timeout or safety rejection returns that reservation automatically. A credit return is separate from a purchase refund; see the refund policy for payment eligibility.
A PLAN OR A PACK?
Buy a pack for an occasion or occasional use. Pack credits never expire, so unused credits remain available for your next idea. Current prices and allowances are shown in the cards above. Eligible paid credits can also be split into gift shares from your account.
Choose a monthly plan for recurring use. Plan credits belong to the paid billing period and do not roll over. Cancelling stops future renewals while remaining current-period credits stay available until the period ends.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLING
Checkout runs on Stripe, so your card number goes to them and never reaches our servers. A plan renews until you cancel it; cancelling stops the next charge, and the credits you already hold stay usable until the period ends. An unused credit pack or an unused first plan payment can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. The refund policy has the details, including billing mistakes and double charges.

What does a single rap duo video cost?
The selected video length determines the credit cost shown in the studio and the table above. Product cards show current purchase prices and credit allowances. Review both the purchase total and your generation settings before continuing.
Do my credits run out?
Pack credits never expire. Credits from a monthly plan are valid for the billing period they arrive in and do not carry over into the next one.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase for an unused credit pack or an unused first plan payment. Renewals and partly used periods are not refunded, but you can cancel a plan at any time to stop the next charge.
Does a failed video use up my credits?
Credits are reserved when a render starts. If it ends with an error, timeout or safety rejection, those reserved credits return to your balance. A generation credit return is separate from a cash refund of a purchase.
